Customer Needs and Challenges

 “We want high-precision quantitative Filling of jelly with tiny fruit pulp without material loss.”

This was the request we received.
Since fresh fruit pulp is expensive, reducing material loss was a critical issue directly linked to cost increases.
There was also a need for Filling without crushing the delicate fruit pulp.
To address these challenges, we proposed our Hibar Pump(rotary valve type).
As a result, it was adopted as an essential solution for accurately Filling jelly into small cup without crushing the pulp.

Transferring Liquid Without Crushing Fruit Pulp

The Hibar Pump(4HRV Pneumatic Driven type) was installed lower than the storage tank for the Filling of Jelly with Fruit pulp.
The adopted rotary valve type switches the flow path by rotating the valve, allowing for Filling without damaging fruit pulp or stressing the liquid.
Additionally, the pump is located below the tank to utilize gravity, suctioning from the top and discharging from the front or bottom to ensure smooth material transfer and prevent a drop in dispensing accuracy.

High-Precision Quantitative Filling Without Dripping

The jelly suctioned by the Hibar Pump is filled into small cup through a Shut-off nozzle(HPS-3).
This nozzle completely prevents dripping with its tip valve and maintains stable dispensing accuracy.
The nozzle tip is approximately 22 mm in diameter, This wide design enables stable Filling without crushing delicate fruit pulp.
The length and Inner Diameter of the nozzle can be customized, allowing for flexible application to other materials and Filling lines.

Results After Implementation

 By implementing the Hibar Pump, we successfully solved the customer’s challenges of reducing material loss for Filling of Jelly with Fruit pulp and maintaining quality.
Eliminating wasted dripping and improving the pump’s dispensing accuracy led to reduced production costs and stable production of high-quality products through damage-free Filling.
