Customer Needs and Challenges
A Pharmaceutical manufacturer requested high-precision quantitative Filling of medical peeling agents into small bottle for small-batch, multi-product production.
They required flexible equipment capable of handling not only peeling agents but also other medicinal liquids and samples in the future.
Implementation Details

Simultaneously Filling medical peeling agents into two small bottle using Hibar Pump.
To solve these challenges, we implemented a manual semi-automated Filling system using Hibar Pump(4HCV Pneumatic Driven type).
Stable Liquid Supply
To stabilize dispensing accuracy for low viscosity liquids, we adopted the 4HCVtype pump that suctions from the bottom and discharges from the top, with the Hibar Pump installed above the tank.
This allows small air bubbles to be efficiently exhausted with each discharge, preventing accumulation inside the pump and ensuring stable liquid transfer.
Additionally, corrosion-resistant and highly durable stainless steel flexible tubes are used for liquid transfer.
Efficient Filling System
To boost efficiency, Two units of Hibar Pump were installed to enable simultaneous Filling of two bottles.
Operators simply press a foot pedal to trigger the Filling cycle, delivering liquid through the Shut-off nozzle(FT-1R).
Bottles are accurately placed on a dedicated positioning table. After Filling, they are collected on a tray to proceed to the capping process.
Results After Implementation
We realized a compact system for small-batch, multi-product production, achieving high-precision and efficient Filling as requested.
